I'm into Lacey and Alex about 20k words right now, so that's about a third of the way. I'm picking up speed as things get resolved, there for awhile I was plodding along but now it's smooth sailing. Til the next snag, of course.
The girls wound up in Hollywood. As a matter of fact they made a detour to see the Chinese Theatre and drive along the Miracle Mile. And get the obligatory photo with the Hollywood sign, of course. Lacey had no interest in participating, but she did take the picture of Alex. Oddly, Alex doesn't really seem to be having that much fun, so it's possible Lacey is whining about the whole thing.
