Well, I'm sitting at 41,000 words right now. Since I'm aiming for 52-55,000 that means I'm very close to the end. Right now, all the "happenings" are mapped out in my head, it's just a matter of getting it all down on the page. At some point in the very near future, Lacey is going to remark, "Why is it that people like Daniel Faust and Tom Cruise's characters have such deep pockets to bring in armies of hired minions, and I only have like, two thousand dollars." I won't even whisper the answer to that problem that Lacey comes up with. You'll just have to read to find out.
